Aan Son joins Morningside as a Principal in London, where he will play a significant role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing European investment opportunities for the firm.

Prior to Morningside, Aan Son worked at Headway Capital Partners in London for over nine years, where he was a senior member of the investment team focusing on private equity secondaries and independent sponsor transactions across Europe and North America. Aan Son began his career in the UK M&A and Financial Institutions teams at the Royal Bank of Scotland advising on a wide range of corporate finance and capital markets transactions.

Aan Son received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford and is a CFA® Charterholder, a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA).
