Henry is a Managing Partner of Morningside Capital and is responsible for the firm’s investment, fundraising and management activities.

Prior to Morningside, Henry was a founding member of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board’s (CPPIB) private equity secondaries program. At CPPIB, Henry was responsible for deploying $4.2 billion in 16 secondary transactions, making CPPIB one of the largest and most active secondary market investors globally. Henry’s roles at CPPIB consisted of sourcing, investment analysis, structuring, legal negotiation, closing and syndication. In addition to his secondaries responsibilities, Henry also led primary fund commitments to six general partners. Furthermore, he oversaw CPPIB’s investments in 15 partnerships in the capacity of LP advisory board member. Prior to joining CPPIB, he worked at RBC Capital Markets.

Henry has extensive international experience having worked in Toronto, London and Hong Kong. He was a committee member of Institutional Limited Partners Association. Henry holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Toronto.

George is a Managing Partner at Morningside Capital and is involved with all aspects of the firm’s investment process.

Prior to joining Morningside in September 2018, George worked at Citadel LLC in London, focusing on equity investing in the industrials sector across European and North American markets. Before joining Citadel, George worked at the CPP Investment Board in both the Funds, Secondaries & Co-Investment and the Principal Credit Investment groups. While at CPPIB, he gained extensive experience across the private equity, high yield credit, and structured finance asset classes.

George holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.

Felix is a Director at Morningside Capital and participates in its Investment Committee.

In addition to his role with Morningside, Felix is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rowanwood Equity, a Toronto-based investment firm.

Prior to this, he spent 13 years at Birch Hill Equity Partners, a leading mid-market private equity fund, where he served as a Partner. During his tenure, Felix was instrumental in sourcing, executing, and exiting transactions, and held active board positions in various companies including Groupe Maskatel (Chair), Sigma Systems, Citron Hygiene (Chair), Harbour Air Seaplanes, and Softchoice Corporation (TSX) (Chair and Lead Independent Director). His investment expertise spans multiple sectors, including facility services, fixed-route logistics, equipment rental, manufacturing, fast transit, telecom, software, and IT solutions.

Before Birch Hill, Felix was with EdgeStone Capital Partners, where he was involved in key investments such as Stephenson’s Rental Services, Porter Airlines, and Eurospec Manufacturing. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Investment Banking division of CIBC World Markets, advising on several high-profile M&A transactions, including the sale of Sico Paints to Akzo Nobel and the sale of Van Houtte to Littlejohn & Co.

Felix holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University (Great Distinction) and is a Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.

Lance is a Senior Advisor at Morningside Capital.

Lance has more than 40 years of experience in senior management, corporate finance and accounting. He has overseen financial operations, the corporate development function and the ‘going public’ process for two major Canadian corporations. Lance has specific expertise in financial operations management, financial administration and control, M&A, and both project and acquisition financing. Prior to joining Morningside, he held senior financial positions with a number of significant private and public companies.

Lance currently serves as Principal at LEM Consulting and Chief Financial Officer of Previcare Group. He received his designation as a Chartered Accountant in 1977 and is currently a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and of Canada. Lance graduated cum laude, and holds an H.B.A. from Trinity College, University of Toronto.

Keri is the Controller at Morningside Capital and oversees the firm's internal accounting and bookkeeping processes.

In addition to her role at Morningside, Keri has a diverse portfolio of experience spanning over 20 years in accounting and finance. Before joining Morningside, Keri provided accounting and bookkeeping services to a wide range of organizations across industries, helping them streamline financial operations, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory adherence. Her experience covers key areas such as financial statement preparation, cash flow management, tax reporting, and audit coordination.

Keri holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

Chris is the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of Morningside Capital.

In addition to his role with Morningside, Chris is the founder and portfolio manager of Cunningham Investment Group (CIG), a private partnership established in 2014. Strictly adhering to the principles of value investing, the fund seeks to preserve and increase the capital of a growing number of like- minded partners over the long-term.

Prior to founding CIG, Chris worked at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) in both the Secondaries & Co-Investments and Infrastructure Investment groups. While at CPPIB, he gained extensive experience across the private equity asset class including direct secondary transactions and primary fund commitments.

Chris holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University and is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) holder.

Ken is a Senior Associate at Morningside Capital.

Prior to joining Morningside in July 2020, Ken worked at Equitable Bank in Toronto, focusing on corporate development and M&A opportunities within the financial sector.

Ken holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.

Stephany is Operations Manager at Morningside Capital.

Prior to joining Morningside in August 2022, Stephany worked at CIBC focusing as a customer service representative, focusing on client experience.

Stephany holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Brock University and diploma in Financial Services from Mohawk College.

Dario is an Associate at Morningside Capital.

Prior to joining Morningside in August 2022, Dario worked at Pivot Investment Banking, focusing on M&A and capital raising.

Dario holds a Master's in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics.

Jorge is an Analyst at Morningside Capital.

Prior to joining Morningside in August 2024, Jorge worked at a search fund and as a consultant for a top firm.

Jorge holds both an Economics and Business Administration degree from Los Andes University.

Karen is Operations Analyst at Morningside Capital.

Prior to joining Morningside in August 2024, Karen worked at Danaco Group as Office Manager, focusing on day-to-day administrative support.

Karen holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia.
