Henry is a Managing Partner of Morningside Capital and is responsible for the firm’s investment, fundraising and management activities.

Prior to Morningside, Henry was a founding member of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board’s (CPPIB) private equity secondaries program. At CPPIB, Henry was responsible for deploying $4.2 billion in 16 secondary transactions, making CPPIB one of the largest and most active secondary market investors globally. Henry’s roles at CPPIB consisted of sourcing, investment analysis, structuring, legal negotiation, closing and syndication. In addition to his secondaries responsibilities, Henry also led primary fund commitments to six general partners. Furthermore, he oversaw CPPIB’s investments in 15 partnerships in the capacity of LP advisory board member. Prior to joining CPPIB, he worked at RBC Capital Markets.

Henry has extensive international experience having worked in Toronto, London and Hong Kong. He was a committee member of Institutional Limited Partners Association. Henry holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Toronto.

George is a Managing Partner at Morningside Capital and is involved with all aspects of the firm’s investment process.

Prior to joining Morningside in September 2018, George worked at Citadel LLC in London, focusing on equity investing in the industrials sector across European and North American markets. Before joining Citadel, George worked at the CPP Investment Board in both the Funds, Secondaries & Co-Investment and the Principal Credit Investment groups. While at CPPIB, he gained extensive experience across the private equity, high yield credit, and structured finance asset classes.

George holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.

Tori is a Senior Advisor at Morningside Capital and is involved with all aspects of the firm’s investment process.

Prior to joining Morningside, Tori worked in the Funds, Secondaries and Co-Investments team at CPPIB in Toronto and London. While at CPPIB, she gained extensive experience in private equity, investing $5.3 billion in the asset class including $1 billion in principal secondaries. Her experience spans North America, Europe and Asia in the mid, large and mega markets. In addition to investment execution, Tori was active in sourcing new opportunities and closely monitoring investments through her role as LP advisory board member. Tori also served as a member of the Institutional Limited Partners Association’s Education Committee. In 2018, she was named by Private Equity International to their annual “Young Guns of Secondaries” list.

Tori serves on the Board of Urban Squash Toronto, a not-for-profit supporting at-risk youths, and the Finance Committee of the North York Harvest Food Bank.

Lance is a Senior Advisor at Morningside Capital.

Lance has more than 40 years of experience in senior management, corporate finance and accounting. He has overseen financial operations, the corporate development function and the ‘going public’ process for two major Canadian corporations. Lance has specific expertise in financial operations management, financial administration and control, M&A, and both project and acquisition financing. Prior to joining Morningside, he held senior financial positions with a number of significant private and public companies.

Lance currently serves as Principal at LEM Consulting and Chief Financial Officer of Previcare Group. He received his designation as a Chartered Accountant in 1977 and is currently a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and of Canada. Lance graduated cum laude, and holds an H.B.A. from Trinity College, University of Toronto.

Chris is the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of Morningside Capital.

In addition to his role with Morningside, Chris is the founder and portfolio manager of Cunningham Investment Group (CIG), a private partnership established in 2014. Strictly adhering to the principles of value investing, the fund seeks to preserve and increase the capital of a growing number of like- minded partners over the long-term.

Prior to founding CIG, Chris worked at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) in both the Secondaries & Co-Investments and Infrastructure Investment groups. While at CPPIB, he gained extensive experience across the private equity asset class including direct secondary transactions and primary fund commitments.

Chris holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University and is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) holder.

Jois is a Finance Manager at Morningside Capital and is responsible of the corporate and fund accounting and tax.

Prior to joining Morningside in September 2022, Jois had been working in the investment fund industry for over 10 years, focusing on tax, accounting, and reporting. After serving multiple client groups at the StateStreet fund tax team, she was in charge of fund tax at Fiera Capital and at Mackenzie Investment.

Jois holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Western, and she received CPA CGA designation in 2015.

Ken is a Senior Associate at Morningside Capital.

Prior to joining Morningside in July 2020, Ken worked at Equitable Bank in Toronto, focusing on corporate development and M&A opportunities within the financial sector.

Ken holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.

Dario is an Analyst at Morningside Capital.

Prior to joining Morningside in August 2022, Dario worked at Pivot Investment Banking, focusing on M&A and capital raising.

Dario holds a Master's in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics

Stephany is Coordinator at Morningside Capital.

Prior to joining Morningside in August 2022, Stephany worked at CIBC focusing as a customer service representative, focusing on client experience.

Stephany holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Brock University and diploma in Financial Services from Mohawk College.

Kheed is a Consultant at Morningside Capital.

Prior to joining Morningside in October 2022, Kheed worked at CPP Investments across Toronto, London and Hong Kong in both the Relationship Investments and Private Equity Asia groups. While at CPP Investments, he helped start Relationship Investments Europe and has held board positions at portfolio companies. Prior to CPP Investments, he worked in the M&A group at RBC Capital Markets.

Kheed holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business, graduating with distinction.
