On October 31, 2025, Morningside closed a €60m financing facility with an established Pan-European private equity sponsor (the "Sponsor"). The transaction allows the Sponsor to execute on two new investments shortly after closing and provides capital commitments for its robust pipeline over the next 12 months. Morningside's investment is collateralized by the new investments and interests in existing assets managed by the Sponsor.
