Morningside Capital is delighted to announce the final closing of Morningside Vintage Secondary 2023, LP. Consistent its previous vintage, the fund will focus on investing in "trophy assets" managed by top tier private equity managers by investing through single asset continuation vehicles. Since launching its vintage secondary program, Morningside has led or participated in over a dozen such transactions.
