Kheed Ng joins as a Senior Principal and will participate in investment origination, evaluation and execution. Prior to joining Morningside, Kheed was a Principal at CPP Investments and worked across Toronto, London and Hong Kong in both the Relationship Investments and Private Equity Asia groups. While at CPP Investments, he helped start Relationship Investments Europe and has held board positions at portfolio companies. Prior to CPP Investments, he worked in the M&A group at RBC Capital Markets. Kheed holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business, graduating with distinction.

Jois Deng is a certified CPA and joins Morningside as a Finance Manager and will participate in investment structuring, taxation, and reporting activities. Jois was previously a Senior Tax Manager at Mackenzie Investments and a Tax Specialist at Fiera Capital. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Ontario with a major in Finance.

Dario Nuñez joins as an Analyst on its investment team. Prior to joining Morningside, Dario had work experience in investment banking. He holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics.

Stephany Gonzalez Benjumea joins as an Executive Assistant and supports Morningside’s business development activities. She previously worked at CIBC and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University.

The expansion of the Morningside team will help increase our capacity to execute secondary and portfolio financing investments and enhance services for our investors.
